The kind staff at Tim Hortons sent me the recipe for their Sweet Potato Bisque, which I blogged about here.
Sweet Potato Bisque
Sweet potatoes
Water
Apples
Carrots
Cream
Modified corn starch
Brown sugar
Potato flakes
Butter
Canola or soybean oil
Salt
Black Pepper
Curry powder
Cinnamon
Garlic powder
Onion powder
The dircections were not included, but I think we can figure that out.
